Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Illinois

I got fired from my job because of my age.

The company I worked for used my talents and experience to increase their profits and then hired someone younger for less pay. Do I have a case? Should I proceed with a lawsuit?

Thanks,

Jobless

Depends on how old you are. The age discrimination laws apply only if you are over age 40.
