Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

1st time DUI conviction

I was convicted of misdeanor DUI in 1985. The record still remains on my DMV record. Is there a limitation of how long it remains on record? Thank you

A DUI conviction will remain on your record forever. If you received supervision, it is not a conviction, but it will show up. You cannot expunge anything dealing with a DUI.
