ILL DNR seized 69 of my scorpions.

Ill DNR seized 69 of my scorpions. I have found no laws that pertain to keeping/breeding scorpions. They are not listed in the Deadly Animal Act. They have harassed me, put me through severe stress, loss of income etc.
