Can a job force an employee to sign a write up that they do not agree with? If it is not signed can they tell you not to come to work until it is signed.

By signing a write up, most of them contain language that provides you are acknowledging receipt only. Your company can rightfull take disciplinary action against you for not singing a write up. However, if they fie you, you will likely be granted unemployment benefits.
