Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Non Compete Agreement

After being employed for over one year, my employer told me I must sign a non-compete agreement by the time he gets back from vacation or else. He implied that I would be fired if i did not. I was wondering now that i've signed it, is there anyway to back out of it.
