Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

who can help me

I had shoulder anterior decompress on 11 13 2001 and went back tooo work on 4 2002 still was haveing problems with the left shoulder and for the hole 2002 year only worked for 1 month that whole and have another mri done in 5 2002 and it show that the problem was still there and in 8-2002 he recommended a second surgery but i went too go see a another doctor and he said that this could of been done rite the 1st time and the 2nd doctor did the surgerybr /

on 3-24-03 causing me to miss a full year of work because of the doctor did not do it rite the first time so is there any thing that we can get this doctor on becouse that time of surgery there was 2 doctors at the time of surgery so one of them should of seen the mistake

You ask: Who can help me. The answer is YOU can help YOU. As I mentioned to you before, you must gather up all your medical records from before, during and after care you have received in order to figure out whether there was a case of medical malpractice. Without your records at hand and reviewable, NO ONE can help you.
