Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Is this extortion, tort? Is there a contract? Am I being coerced, under duress? --- If I sent a signed contract to party #2 working for co-2 and party #2 agrees to it verbally (witnessed) for $105/hr with expenses. Then party #2 allows me (party #1) to go on the work assignment. Then a day or so later when co-2 did not like the terms Party #1 and #2 agreed to, I was terminated at the end of that week after a great deal of discussions on that subject between party #2 and myself (party #1). And now Party #3, owner of co-2, has refuses to honor the originally agreed upon signed contract. Instead party #3 refuses to pay until I sign another employment contract, (after I've worked the hours and after being terminated) that has $80/hr and less expenses benefitting party #2/#3 harming party #1. The owner (party #3)keeps writing me that he only wants to be fair. If that were true, you think party #3 would have had his company send what they felt they owed then deal with the disputed amount. He has refused to pay me until I sign this other contract.
