Driving on revoked license

my mother recently got caught driving on a revoked license. they gave her a ticket and she has to go to court. i would like to know any information about what the possible consequences could be for her. could she do jail time? thank you for your time.

This is a class "A" misdemeanor. It carries a possible jail sentence of up to 364 days and fines of up to $2500. Depending upon the reason for the revocation and your mother's driving history there may be mandatory jail time. She certainly needs an attorney. We cover most of northern Illinois.
