Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Suspension in September what ccan we do?

So my fiance got a speeding ticket last summer, an accident ticket in october and another speeding ticket a couple of months ago. We are moving to Florida in October for him to take a new job which requires him to drive for work. He got a notice of suspension which starts in September. Is there anything we can do so that he does not lose his license? Or anyway to get it in Florida? He NEEDS his Florida license for his new job. He is the only one working to support our newborn baby what can we do?

Re: Suspension in September what ccan we do?

It may be possible to get the suspension lifted by going back to court on the old tickets and asking a judge to vacate the convictions and enter an order of supervision. If this is done, then the suspension can be cleared. For further information, please reply by e-mail to [email protected].
