Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

My grandparents passed away and left their estate to my cousin, my brother and my uncle. The money is in probate until september. In the mean time, my uncle has passed away. Will his share be ivided between me, my brother, and cousin or will his spouse get it?

If he survived your grandparents, his share will probably go to his heirs, or devisees and legatees if he has a will. Note that some wills require that any person who takes under a will survive the decedent by at least thirty days.
