Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I got a call from somebody from Delhi Police saying there is a case registered against me 2 years ago by State Financial corporation and the case # is CTL 201/08/09. Any idea what this is?

which branch of delhi police called u up. is it economic offence wing or crime branch. what transaction they talking about. from the case no. it is clear that the case was lodged in august 2009. most probably it is lodged with Economic Offence Wing of Delhi Police. get back with more details.
