Thanks for your reply.

However I'm asking something else.I want to know how is the exparte decision taken when husband has no property in India to attach.And I don't know anything about his financial assets.I only know he earns more than 1 lakh monthly,but I have no proof of his salary.Thanks

In the absence of any counter filed by him, your affidavit and statement may be sufficient evidence for ex parte order.

in case you do not have any proof of his salary, you may call for his office records and even the accountant/finance manager of the company he works for.

you can ask the court to summon the account dept of his office/company for proof.

What r the proofs that he earns more than 1 lac. If you can profe then only you will get about 35K-40K per month out of his income.
