Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

I am from India and worked in company based in Noida. U.P, which is software company.

I left the company without releaving but I did graceful resignation. Resignation was accepted as well.As per the resignation policy, either side could end up the employment by paying the amount for notice period. Even though, there was no work left , I had not been given this option and my hiring company wanted me to join by a certain date only. Ultimately I notified my manager & HR that I would not able to serve notice period and left.

I again tried to get the releaving and also offered them to pay any dues, if left, but I am not getting any response on that. Morever I got no notice in written or verbal form from the company before marking me absconding.

Can they deny giving releaving?

Regards,

Neeraj

you may hire a lawyer and send a legal notice to the company for relieving you of services and in case they deny, a legal action may be taken.
