Registration of company under Contract labour Act, ESI, PF
Dear Sir ,I am Director of a company engaged in work of taking government projects. My query is Do we need to register our company under Contract Labour Act, PF Act and ESI, as we are a company and subcontracting our work to provide manpower in other states through subcontractor? If so, then do we have to get our company registered in evey state of such work under different laws mentioned above or I can i get registerd centrally at one place i.e . in Dehi where our HO is located ?

Dear sir, in response to your query it is advisable to get registered with Registrar of companies at delhi and that will serve your purpose and will give legal entity to your company.Regisration in each state is not required.
