Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am working in a bank as an assistant since last two years. Shortly after my joining in bank a case has been lodged against bank staff including me. Someone has brought a cheque to and bank and cashier made its payment and branch manager have passed it because the signature were seemed to be right Prima Facie but the cheque owner denied he gave the cheque to anyone and blamed that bank employees were having nexus with the culprit, it is a completely baseless blame on the bank staff. Charge sheet has been filed in court and the case is pending. Now I have qualified for interview post in SSC. Would there be any problem in my joining in SSC. In that case I have no role but being an employee of that branch the charge sheet is also having my name. Sir please guide me, What should I do. I am from a lower medium class family having only my knowledge and hard work to build my career as I have nothing to do in this case because. I was not dealing in cash so there is no role of mine. Now since ATTESTATION FORM is required in which we have to declare that whether we have ever been prosecuted what should I answer? Will my career be ruined on just a false prosecution against me. If I answer yes then it will definitely make bad impression on interview board and most probably I get less marks.

For the sake of my innocence Sir please guide me my career is now in your hand please save it. There is only me who take care of my family. Having all these things in mind please give your guidance I am in very much tense now a days because of this matter. Banks staff and advocate says that I dont have any role so the court will give decision in my favor.

The case has been lodged in the Thana near my bank will they send details of the case to the Thana of my home town?

Interview will take place very soon please answer as soon as possible and in detail.

Thanking You
