Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi Team
I joined State Bank of India as a contractual officer as on date 09-09-09.The period of conract was vaild for two year.
After that SBI make a overnight policy for parmanent observation of contractual employee...............
The main term of policy is as under
"Minimum 60% acheivement of business target during the financial year 2009-2010."
and on dated 02-08-2010 the officers fulfill the criteria was permanentaly observed.
Many of contractual officers including me are remain in contract with SBI. and no further policy introduced by SBI.
Only my six month performance was measured for permanency,i.e from 1-10-09 to 31-03-10. The mentioned period was my starting time with SBI. So my performance did't match with eligibility criteria.But now I am performing well and achieved all of my target.
Dear Team,i have now only 7 month remaining with SBI
So please look up in the matter,and advise me
