The eviction of all the tenants has to be done by the DUE PROCESS OF LAW, that means that the eviction has to be done under the Local Rent Control Laws or under the Transfer of Property Act.

If a notice to quit has been given under the relevant laws you must contest the matter before a court and defend yourselves.
