Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

lawyer failed to appear

I received a summons to appear in court on a collection debt. I appeared. However the attorney that filed against me did not show. Do I have any action I can take.

File for a motion to dismiss or default judgment against them. Check to see if the court continued it.
