Can I Be Held Responsible
My husband and I are separated. He is currently on probation for DUI and received his license back. Can I be held legally responsible if he injures or kills someone in an accident. We have separate insurance companies now, but the house is still held jointly even tho he doesn't live there.

The answer is generally no-even though you own your home jointly,a judgement against your husband cannot attach to jointly held property
