Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i have full custody of my child and the father can have supervised visits at my house at my discresion. he never did call and ask for a visit until a year later. do i have to let him visit, or should i let him take me to court?

Your best bet is to phase in visitation time. Although the father has acted foolishly here. Ultimately, based on the facts presented, he would be granted time by the court and all you would do is delay things and incur attorneys fees.
