Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
A rude unfair company
My boss acts like everytime you call him for help its taking away his time though its his job. He always talks down to you and handels matters in places he shouldn't. He uses intimidation and ignores you. People have gone to upper management to take care of this and nothing has been done. Secondly this company has policies and tells you one thing but when it comes time for it there are all these other rules that stop you from taking advantage of it. What can i do no one listens?

Find another job. Rudeness and a poor management style are not unlawful.
