Grandchildren's rights of inheritance

My grandmother had 5 children, 3 of which had children. One of her sons passed away and no contact from him children was ever made to her since then. When she passes and leaves her estate divided between the remaining four children, can the grandchildren of her deceased son contest the will?

Not enough facts to give you the perfect answer. First, it depends on how grandmother treated that son in the Will. Second, there is a long way Between being able to contest a Will and having a success in court. Here it may be a very long distance.
