This impresses me as a question that can be responded to as: "How much justice can you afford"? There have been interesting cases regarding the obstruction of a view, most, as I recall, from New York, although I recall that there may have been one from Cook County, Illinois. In any event, it is an interesting question, and any time when you have to litigate an issue that is unique, or, as lawyers put it, "first impression", it is going to be expensive.
