Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I had to fire my attorney after a year of continuous for a contempt charge on my child support order and a change of circumstances for the monthly child support. My attorney did nothing to defend me and my son after I provided him with a abundance of evidence. The attorneys have created a journal entry but I have not signed it because it is all lies. The Judge got mad a my insuffiecent lawyer and yelled at him then turn to the opposing attorney and gave him everything he asked for which I had proof that it was complete lies to get out of paying medical bills and child support. Should I have spoke up at the hearing or would I have been in contempt during this nightmare?

You could have spoken up, and asked the Court to set the.matter over, so you could hire new counsel.
