How can I exercise my right to see my son when a judge will not enforce the law?

If you have made motion to establish or enforce timeshare and the judge ruled on it, then your next step is to appeal the decision and/or file a "Writ of Mandamus" to force the judge to follow the law. There are time restrictions on filing an appeal, so you need to look at Ketucky's Rules of Civil Procedure.
