Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Parent issues

I'm 22 years old and I still live with my parents. We have had some issues recently getting along with each other and they kicked me out. My house I'm building is not finished so I have no where to stay. How long do I have before I legally have to leave their house? Or can they have me out as soon as they want?

Re: Parent issues

I suppose you could make an argument that you are a tenant - assuming you paid rent and had a lease. Then you could force them to legally evict you and do substantial damage to any chance of a decent relationship with your parents. Unless you were not paying rent and did not have a lease then most likely you are a guest and have to leave immediately and can do so in a mature fashion that will someday help put things right between you and your parents.
