Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

I have a problem with my lease and my manager. My lease clearly says there is a fee plus my rent and a 30 day notice to get out of my lease early but now the manager is telling a whole different story. What should i do?

The written lease is what you both have to abide by. The courts call written leases "the law between the parties", because whatever it says goes. They can't change the rules after the written lease has been signed. They are as bound by its terms as you are.
