Legal Question
My friend and I was arguing that if a 24 yr old was dating a 22 yr old that the 22 yr old could go and press charges on the 24 yr old under the 2 yr law. We know if ones 17 and the other one is 19 and up is illegal but we was wondering if once both were consider legal adults that the 2 year law no longer applies.
