Termination Fee
I signed up for a gift card program in 2002. I purchased a terminal from them to process the cards. I then continued to pay them a monthly fee of $19.95. This June 2007 I decided to cancel the service and was charged $295 as a cancellation fee. With the terminal paid for and all I was paying for was a service, is this legal?
