Am I entitled to receive a copy of a sales tranaction with my signiture on it from a credit collection company?

You have some rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act if a debt collector contacts you to collect a debt. If you ask for validation of the debt, a collector is required to stop collection activity until they provide this validation or verification, which could take the form of a sales transaction.
