Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

I was pulled over in NC back in 1998. I did not have a licence and was ticketed for that. I also had a BAC of .04. I was ticketed for that too. How do I take care of this now and what are the penalties I am facing.

Thanks

If you seek a Maryland Driver's License, start at the MVA. They should either issue you a license or explain why they will not. If they will not because of the NC incident is still an unresolved case, then seek a NC lawyer to help you resolve it.
