Your husband's actions constitute desertion and you could file for divorce on that ground. You'll have to locate him to be able to serve him with the divorce papers. As part of the divorce, you could ask for alimony if you can't support yourself and he has the ability to pay. You would also ask for a division of marital property if there is any, especially if you are homeowners. If there are minor children, he should be paying child support. You should consult an experienced family attorney before taking any legal action.
