What is the difference between an Esq title and a P.A. title for a lawyer?

"Esq(uire)" indicates an attorney who has been admitted to practice in one or more states. "PA" stands for professional association, which is the legal status of the practice in which the attorney participates. Essentially, it is like a limited partnership.
