CFR Title 29 and CBA's

When wage determinations change and exceed the CBA's contract amount does the CBA have to immediately honor the new WD and ammend the CBA?

Re: CFR Title 29 and CBA's

Under the Service Contract Act wage determination is usually required to be paid to workers on government contracts. This is subject to the terms of the contract. The contract may include the current schedule as an exhibit or may simply reference the CBA or SCA. Thus it could be specific to that contract. I would be glad to review this further if you can supply additional information. Thank you.

Jay Holland.
