Pregnancy and work

Since My employer has found out that I am pregnant they have treated me differently, with really no explanation. I really feel uncomfortable and was wondering how to approach this and what my legal rights were.

Re: Pregnancy and work

The answer will really depend upon the "treatment" that you are receiving. There are numerous reasons that certain employers would be prohited from taking negative actions against you. However, note that some laws (Family Medical Leave Act for example) don't apply to all employers. You will need to give more information about your employer and about the treatment you have been receiving in order to gauge an appropriate response.
