Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Do I have to sign my mother's house back to her?

I moved in with my mother after my father passed away. She signed the house over to me with a right for her to live there til she passes on. My brother moved in and then I moved out. Now she wants me to sign the house back over to her. Does she have the right to do this? Can she make me do this?

Not if you have a valid deed executed by her, and assuming she was not influenced by coercion, duress or mental incompetence at the time she signed it.
