Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

I am 61 years old. I shared a house with 2 other people. The landlord sold the unit and we received our 30 day notice. I am on social security disability and I have no way of getting around to find a place. Are there agencies that can help me. I have severe COPD and asma. and have had a knee replacement in the past. The landlord has nearly threatened me through intimidation that I would have real problems if I mess up the deal. What do I do. Richard Luebcke Allston, Ma.
