Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

Is it possible for a judge or to be found in contempt of court? I'm curious about if/how that would be enforced. What about jurors? Can they also be held in contempt?

Neither a judge nor juror would be held in cotempt of court. If you feel that the judge or juror somehow mishandled your case or did not act in accordance with his or her oath, you can file a complaint or seek a new trial. Please speak with your attorney about this.
