Legal Question in Technology Law in Massachusetts

I have a question regarding my forum-type website. Oftentimes, the comments posted may be misconstrued as defamation (e.g. Mr. ABC working with so-and-so company is embezzling, etc). Who will be held legally responsible for posts like this, if Mr. ABC decides to sue: the user (anonymous, posting under a username) or me, as a site owner?

Thank you.

Luckily, you have a federal law on your side. See 47 U.S.C. 230, at http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode47/usc_sec_47_00000230----000-.html.

There is also a blog dedicated to this, at http://onlineliabilityblog.com/. (I do not know the attorney who publishes it, nor have I reviewed it fully.)

Hopefully, these two links will give you the guidance you seek.
