Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I would like to know if there is anything leagel that I can do with the Ford Motor Company, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on January 31,2011 and my air bag never deployed, I am now haven issues with my neck head , and possible vertago . I have also lost time at work as a result and my car was declared totaled . would love some advise,
