Parking garage damage: Water

Recently I parked in a garage and my car was damaged. This garage is where I work, the damage is water, mixed with some sort of chemical. It permenantly damaged the paint job and windows. How can I get reimbursed for this?

Usually there is a disclaimer in these garages. However, this should not stop you from making a claim.
