Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
I believe that I am mentioned in my father-in-law's will and that my ex-wife is keeping my inheritance from me. Is there any way I can see what actually was written in the will?

When the will is probated it becomes a public document. You will need to go to the probate court where your father-in-law resided at the time of his death and ask to read it. If he had a will, the law requires that it be probated and, once probated, it is a public document. If you would like some assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
