Mother not seeing child for 2 1/2 months her choice
My son's exwife has not picked up their son on her weekends for about 2 1/2 months. is there anything the friend of the court can do about it? It has really been affecting their son.

I am not sure of the details. However, if your son has sole physical custody and his ex has joint legal custody with parenting time but is not availing herself of the parenting time, there is nothing you can do, except as follows:
File a motion to modify the order to state that if she does not come to pick up the children within 30 minutes, it is forfeited.
If she has custody, he can file a petition to change custody.
