Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have an addiction and I took used the company credit card to purchase personal items and gift cards. Should I talk to the employer's legal dept. and offer restitution. Will this help me to not be prosecuted?

It is doubtful that this would work. I have seen it happen once, but only with an attorney's help. Hire a local attorney ASAP to explore all your options.
