Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

child custody

I'am15 years old and my dad lives in california but i live in michigan with my mom. my mom has physical custody of me. I want to live with my dad i feel he is a more fitparent. Plus i would rather live in california.DO I have the choice to move since i am 15 years old???

Your opinion counts but that isn't the sole factor looked at. Your father is going to need to petition the court for custody.
