child custody and rules

I have full custody of my two boys and I'm considering moving out of state, do I need their fathers ok to do that?

Even if you have an old judgment that does not have the language requiring court permission (the new ones are required to have such language) for such a move, I'd definitely get it anyway. That means, even if the father agrees, get a court order allowing the move. William S. Stern
