Parents moving to different counties in Michigan

My question is if both of the parents move from Oakland County to Wayne County can I have my child support order chnaged to the Friends of the Court in Wayne County.Also is there a chance I could get the child support lower since the cost of living is cheaper in Wayne County? I currently pay $480.00 per month for one child.

Child support guidelines are the same for both counties.
