Power Of Attorney

If a name on a P.O.A. Form was incorrectly spelled and the correct spelling was printed in handwriting underneath the incorrect spelling and signed, is it still legal? The POA is notarized.

If it is apparent who was intended, the Power of Attorney should be effective despite a misspelled name. I assume a "P.O.A." means Power of Attorney. If not, you will need to write out the full name of the document instead of using an acronym.
