Pension cash out
I have a Pension in Bricklayers Local #9. Local #9 will not let me cash this Pension out. The Plan sucks, just sits there. Is it possible to cash this Pension out thru legal means.

You have to read the terms of your pension agreement. You are probably locked in for a certain period of time. The contract controls when you can take out your money. If you need help understanding it, you should speak with your union or company benefits administrator.
