Legal Question
I want to start a website where i can sell ringtones from popular artists. How can i go about doing this without getting into copyright problems?
Example: Say I purchased JayZ's new album. There is a song or two that I like and want to cut and sell as a ringtone on my own site. I would still go to a business like BMI.~~~HELP~~~
